AI, automation, and new technology are changing how the world works. But behind every warehouse, jobsite, factory, utility crew, repair call, shipment, installation, and maintenance task, there are still people doing the physical work.
Guardora Safety exists to protect those people — their hands, bodies, comfort, and everyday performance.
Our belief in safety was shaped by real moments — not a branding exercise.
As a child in California, our founder witnessed the impact of a serious workplace injury when his father was hurt in the Long Beach shipyards.
Years later, while leading construction project himself as an EPC project leader, a falling bolt struck his hard hat on site. The helmet was damaged. He walked away protected.
Two moments. Two very different outcomes. One lasting belief: the right protection matters.
Those moments later connected with his wife’s family business, which owns and operates PPE manufacturing facilities with roots in glove production dating back to 2005.
Guardora Safety was created to bring that foundation into the American channel — with practical products, factory-backed value, and a mission to help more workers get the protection they deserve.
Guardora is anchored by a long-standing glove manufacturing foundation and supported by closely connected PPE manufacturing partners across adjacent categories.
Our core glove factory gives us direct production experience, capacity visibility, and quality understanding where our brand began: work gloves. It also serves as an operational hub for product review, packaging coordination, quality alignment, and supply chain support across the broader Guardora product family.
That means our HeatBreak cooling gear, accessories, and future PPE categories are not treated as disconnected sourced products. They are reviewed, coordinated, and brought into the U.S. market through the same operating discipline behind our glove foundation.
Behind Guardora is an established glove manufacturing platform — not a newly assembled sourcing operation. Our core factory operates under ISO-certified management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, and has produced at scale for years while building a recognized glove brand in the China market.
For Guardora, that foundation extends beyond glove production alone. It supports the product review, quality coordination, packaging readiness, and supply chain alignment needed to bring our broader PPE lineup — including HeatBreak cooling gear, accessories, and future categories — into the U.S. market with greater discipline and consistency.
Guardora is starting with a focused lineup because real-world PPE programs need practical products first: gloves that move, grip, protect, and wear well; cooling gear that supports workers in hot environments; and simple accessories that make PPE easier to keep close.
PPE reaches workers through trusted channels: distributors, retailers, safety suppliers, workwear stores, contractor supply houses, reps, and local relationships. We come from manufacturing, and that is our strength — product, production, quality, packaging, cost structure, and factory-backed supply.
But our mission is not just to make PPE. It is to help practical protection reach more workers. To do that well, we believe manufacturers should work with the partners who already understand their markets, serve local customers, support crews, and earn trust over time.
As rising costs, tariffs, freight pressure, and supply-chain inefficiencies continue to affect the PPE market, Guardora is being built to reduce friction without creating channel conflict. Our goal is to combine manufacturing strength with partner reach — helping distributors, retailers, safety suppliers, and workwear channels bring practical, factory-backed PPE to the people they already serve.
